Designed in the late 1920s as a dry-storage shed for general merchandise and cold storage, the Terminal Warehouse Building, now known as Queen’s Quay Terminal, was the first poured concrete building in Canada. Today, Queen’s Quay stands as one of Toronto's first conversions of a former industrial building to a mix of commercial, office and residential condominiums.

Queen’s Quay Terminal offers the local community and tourists from around the world a selection of Lakeside dining as well as an Urban Fresh Sobeys food hall.  Queen’s Quay Terminal is home to the Fleck Dance Theatre located on the 3rd floor in the South Atrium and has a seating capacity of 450.  There is approximately 400,000 square feet of office space on 8 levels.

Brookfield operates its buildings at the highest standard. Our on-site property, facility management, security and fire-safety teams are in place to oversee and keep the properties efficiently operating. Web-based service request management systems ensure a speedy response to tenants' needs and environmentally-friendly initiatives and programs are in place throughout the property.
