At the Bay Adelaide Centre, we place high importance on the health and wellness of not only the environment, but also of the people that walk these halls everyday. The Wellness Program was implemented as a way to ensure everyone in the Bay Adelaide Centre could have an opportunity to stay fit and healthy even on their busy schedules.

Pilates - Tuesdays from 12:00pm to 12:50pm

Pilates is a low impact exercise that’s perfect for beginners and a great way to build a foundation for future sport, exercise and leisure activities.

Body Conditioning - Fridays from 12:00pm to 12:50pm

Get a "head to toe" toning workout in this freestyle format class. This workout is achieved through high repetition movement and non-cardio exercises. Different instructors may vary in approach and all exercises can be modified to accommodate any fitness level.

In addition, please note that participants are required to sign a Wellness Waiver for our weekly fitness classes.

Please visit the myBrookfield app to register. Classes will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, please note that shower facilities will not be available for use.
